Qualifications

• Requires four years of college equivalent, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Regional Contracts Administrator.
• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Utilizes centralized computer systems to track contract monitoring including fiscal, technical, and programmatic aspects.
• Interacts with regional staff, Central Office staff, and providers to ensure contract and grant procedures are followed.
• Plans and coordinates overall negotiating strategy for region related to funding, contracting, and delivery of services.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope.
