Hybrid work schedule (3–5 days in office) with a starting monthly salary of $8,571–$10,500, and opportunities to impact value-for-money in purchased services across the region.

Formación

• Requires completion of four years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or private organization.
• 3 years of professional experience managing or conducting contract monitoring.
• 3 years of experience supervising professional staff.
• 3 years of professional management experience in a public or private organization, including budget, planning, or program administration.
• 3 years of professional experience developing and implementing negotiating strategies.
• 3 years of professional experience monitoring, developing, and completing monitoring expenditure reports.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as Regional Contracts Administrator.
• Serves as full line supervisor.
• Uses centralized computer systems to track contract monitoring for the region, including fiscal, technical, and program aspects of contracts.
• Interacts with regional staff, Central Office Contract Administration staff, and private vendors to ensure contract and grant compliance.
• Plans, establishes, and coordinates the overall negotiating strategy for the region regarding funding, contracting, and delivery of purchased services.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope.
