Trane Technologies in Virginia is seeking an Area Contracting Manager to oversee contracting fulfillment, project management, and financial performance. The role involves onsite work Monday through Thursday, with Fridays offering location flexibility.

You will supervise technical staff, support sales in opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing risk and timelines. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of HVAC/building automation, and

Competenze

• Working knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems.
• Understanding of performance contracting.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Contracting processes and licenses are preferred (OSHA 10/30 preferred).

Mansioni

• Supports Regional Contracting Manager and Area GM in delivering business results.
• Directly supervises contracting fulfillment Project Management and Technician personnel.
• Conducts employee reviews and ensures performance objectives are met.
• Partner with sales teams to develop opportunities and manage risk in contracts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage portfolio of projects from inception to completion and ensure financial targets.
