Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for ECI Bolt to target residential subcontractors working with homebuilders. Drive cloud-based scheduling and field management adoption through compelling demos and a full sales cycle.

You will build a strong pipeline, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, and collaborate with implementation and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and value realization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in ConTech or ERP.
• Deep understanding of subcontractor–homebuilder relationships and field challenges.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with decision-maker influence.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with disciplined prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate tech features into business ROI for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high-potential residential subcontractors partnering with homebuilders.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand scheduling, paperwork, and comms pain points.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of the ECI Bolt platform and its scheduling and field management features.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with consistent quota attainment.
• Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
