Job summary

Harper General Contractors is seeking a Regional Superintendent to lead field operations across the Northern Coastal SC and Southern Coastal NC regions. The role oversees safety, quality, production, personnel, and equipment with a focus on completing projects on time and within budget.

The position requires extensive onsite supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple sites while maintaining Harper's standards and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years total onsite superintendent experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews.
• Proficiency in safety, quality, and schedule management.
• Strong communication with Owners, engineers, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and others to assist in scheduling and planning.
• Lead pre-construction meetings for overall project construction and critical areas.
• Oversee field labor, equipment utilization, quality control, and safety; ensure on-time, under-budget completion.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment needs; review project plans for next 2–6 weeks with Superintendents.
