TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products with a long family-owned history. This role focuses on customer support, coordinating distribution relationships, and expanding specialty product lines in the regional market.

You will deliver product knowledge training, identify new market opportunities, and implement pricing and sales strategies while collaborating with engineers, contractors, and distributors to ensure satisfaction and growth across Iowa

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years of sales or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills in professional settings.
• Experience delivering presentations, demonstrations, and seminars.

Aufgaben

• Routinely call on customers to secure and renew orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Develop new business opportunities within core and emerging markets.
• Promote and sell products to distributors, hardware stores, home centers, and contractors.
• Visit jobsites to provide product support and troubleshoot challenges.
• Support product launches and provide training and technical seminars.
