Job summary

Lehman-Roberts Company, a Granite Company, seeks a senior sales leader to drive market development for construction materials in the Memphis region. You will craft and execute the sales strategy, manage budgets and teams, and expand our customer base through industry networking and key relationships.

Applicants should have extensive outside sales and leadership experience in construction materials, with strong presentation and analytical skills to deliver growth and profits in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years outside sales experience.
• 5+ years management experience.
• Experience in construction materials sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage market development and sales strategy for construction materials.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, staffing, compensation, and performance.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and build new business opportunities.
• Interface with owners’ representatives, subcontractors, and agencies.
• Establish pricing strategies and collaborate with regional management.
