Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager for Popeyes US Southeast to drive remodels and new store openings. You will coordinate with franchisees, internal teams, vendors, and contractors throughout planning and execution stages of construction projects.

Responsibilities include budget and schedule development, on-site inspections, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. You will liaise with departments and external partners to deliver timely, compliant stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple store construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate with franchisees, vendors, and general contractors.
• Knowledge of budget and schedule development for construction projects.
• On-site inspections and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new store development and remodels with Franchise Business Partners and contractors.
• Adhere to regional and national construction standards.
• Manage 50+ store construction projects ranging $350k–$2M.
• Serve as liaison with Popeyes departments, contractors, landlords, and authorities.
• Review construction documents for brand adherence.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of store technology, fixtures and equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections for lease compliance and quality workmanship.
• Provide reporting on franchise construction performance.
• Attend franchise meetings to discuss development schedules.
