Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Popeyes store openings and remodels across the region. You will coordinate with Franchisees, general contractors, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and strict adherence to brand standards.

Required 5+ years in construction, budgeting, scheduling, and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills. Must be willing to travel 50-75% and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years relevant construction experience; QSR or Casual Dining Restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience preparing construction budgets and tracking to actual costs.
• Familiar with store equipment package, planning, and operations.
• Proficient in computer estimating, scheduling, and database applications.
• Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout region with flexibility to work different hours.

Responsabilités

• Partners with Design and Regional Development team to improve construction processes.
• Coordinates new store development and remodels with Franchise Business Partners and contractors.
• Adheres to regional/national construction standards and objectives.
• Manages 50+ new/remodel store projects valued at $350k–$2M each.
• Consults on franchisee construction phases including due diligence, budgeting, planning, and procurement.
• Acts as liaison with Popeyes departments, contractors, vendors, and franchisees.
• Works with region leadership on store design and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Manages equipment buying process for store technology, fixtures, and equipment.
• Performs on-site inspections for compliance with brand standards and plans.
