Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking a Construction Manager for the US West region to supervise remodels and new restaurant development. You will coordinate with franchisees, vendors, and contractors to execute projects from planning through turnover.

The role requires overseeing 50+ projects valued from $350k to $2 million, travel 50–75%, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and schedules while supporting regional development goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years relevant construction experience; QSR or Casual Dining Restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience preparing construction budgets and tracking to actual costs.
• Familiar with store equipment package, planning, and operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate remodel and new restaurant development with franchisees and internal resources.
• Coordinate store openings and renovations with franchisees, vendors, and general contractors.
• Manage 50+ new and/or remodel store construction projects ranging from $350k to $2 million.
• Liaise with Popeyes departments, external contractors, landlords, and authorities.
• Review construction documents for adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure on-site inspections for lease compliance and quality workmanship.
• Provide reporting and analysis to track project performance.
