Job summary

The Regional Construction Manager will coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors, manage multi-site construction activities, and lead onsite teams to ensure on-time, safe delivery across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Must be familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the onsite construction team and oversight of the entire project delivery.
• Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between customers and Lexicon, Inc. for all on-site work activities across territory.
• Responsible for the project schedule including deliverables from various suppliers.
• Coordinate with the client on possible scope additions or reductions and tracking any perceived back charges as they arise.
• Responsible for oversight to ensure the project team is reviewing all technical submittals and requests for information and that they are submitted and responded to by the owner's Engineer.
• Coordinate and lead daily construction meetings with supervision.
• Responsible for following all aspects of specifications.
• Responsible for updating and verifying project progress weekly.
• Responsible for resolving all personnel issues and discipline problems in a fair and equal manner.
• Act as primary field contact with the customer.

Regional Construction Manager Overview

The Regional Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating with the customer, vendors, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and managing multi-site construction management activities.

Regional Construction Manager Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Regional Construction Manager Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.

Regional Construction Manager Physical Demands

• Overtime is required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to climb stairs, walk through the jobsite, and spend long periods of time on your feet.
• Must be able to travel.
