You will oversee project managers and support staff, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with municipalities to ensure compliance and efficient execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic initiative, and revenue growth while delivering premier reconstruction services statewide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of regional project teams and ensure work meets company standards, timelines, and quality.
• Negotiate contracts with owners and subcontractors and manage bidding processes.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and building departments.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
• Review plans and conduct site walks to support estimating and execution.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Monitor project performance through weekly reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability, taking on extra responsibilities as needed.
