Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Regional Claim Director to provide technical leadership across construction claims, insurance coverage, and contract advisory within the assigned region. You will serve as a key member of the North America Construction Claims leadership team, delivering best-in-class claim technical and advocacy to construction clients.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of construction general liability coverage/claims.
• Technical knowledge of professional liability coverage/claims.
• Knowledge of builder’s risk and/or subcontractor default insurance is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction specific contractual risk allocation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Insurance brokerage experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of designated construction clients as the primary Claim Consultant assigned to the service team.
• Provide claim advocacy and consulting on all professional liability claims.
• Serve as a technical, jurisdictional, and strategic resource for clients and colleagues.
• Provide senior level claim advocacy, including market escalation on high severity or otherwise critical claims, including all coverage disputes.
• Advise on significant court decisions, legislative changes and other emerging trends impacting construction claims.
