Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined conflicts and legal intake experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn iManage and other firm systems.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
• Strong judgment, client-service focus, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a regional new business conflicts group.
• Mentor, coach, and manage direct reports; oversee staffing, time logs, and leaves.
• Oversee processing and clearance of conflicts, intake, and compliance requests in collaboration with attorneys.
