Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Escondido, CA, is seeking a Regional Compliance Director to oversee audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across the CA/NV district for San Pasqual Academy and related facilities.

You'll ensure licensing compliance, PREA and CARF accreditation adherence, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and develop corrective action plans. Travel within CA/NV is required; law degree and CA/NV bar preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Active CA/NV bar membership preferred.
• Pass criminal background, drug, TB tests.
• Experience with regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Knowledge of PREA and CARF regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across CA/NV facilities.
• Ensure licensing compliance with state regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
