Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix seeks a Healthcare Compliance Officer Supervisor to oversee licensing and regulatory compliance for health care facilities. You will lead staff, conduct inspections and investigations, and provide technical guidance to regulated facilities and providers.

This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of federal regulations and the Arizona Administrative Code, with travel statewide and the ability to obtain fingerprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years as a surveyor/compliance officer or in management/project management.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and Arizona Administrative Code related to licensed facilities.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical review, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Performance Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide.
• Must obtain Level 1 fingerprint clearance card and national certified investigator/inspector certifications.
