Drillchem Drilling Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Representative for its Completions line, based in South Texas and covering Southern Texas and New Mexico. The role focuses on selling completions products and expanding market share through new accounts and growth with existing clients.

The position emphasizes field and office engagement, marketing plan development, lead follow-up, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or communications background preferred.
• Industry-related sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Present and sell Drillchem Drilling Solutions’ products and services to current and potential clients in offices and in the field.
• Prepare marketing plans and schedules to identify targets and set sales goals.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare status reports (itinerary, activity, closings, follow-up, adherence to goals).
• Communicate new product and service opportunities or feedback from field activity to staff.
• Service customer jobs sites as required.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by Regional Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
