Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services USA LLC seeks a strategic Compensation Specialist to support regional plans across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will design, implement, and manage compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with global guidelines.

You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to analyze data, develop governance for executive and sales compensation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or 8 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements in North America.
• Experience with organizational design and executive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs across US, Canada, and Mexico aligned with DTNA/DTFS structures.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and HR leadership on executive compensation planning and governance.
• Administer compensation for US, Canada, and Mexico including salary offers, job evaluations, incentives, reviews, and surveys.
• Provide support on executive and sales compensation in alignment with DTAG, DTFS and Daimler Truck North America.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and compensation regulations.
• Communicate processes, deadlines, and changes to leaders and employees.
• Oversee recognition and reward strategy for DTFS North America.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, job architecture, leveling, and career paths.
