Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison to cover the Olympia, Tacoma, Edmonds, Port Angeles, Bellingham, and Vancouver areas in Washington. This field-based role requires local travel up to four days a week and a home-based administrative component.

You will develop and manage partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand access to harm-reduction-based care, using data to drive outreach and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development or sales, or referral management within healthcare, hospital systems, or behavioral health settings
• Proven track record of building and growing referral relationships and driving growth
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Google Workspace
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license ~4 days/week for meetings with partners
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong public speaking abilities
• Passionate about serving marginalized and vulnerable populations
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new referral partners to grow referrals and enrollment
• Nurture and scale existing partnerships to align with Boulder Care’s mission
• Use CRM data to manage follow-ups and measure referral-to-patient conversion and ROI
• Spend most time in the field engaging with providers, organizations, and advocates
• Collect feedback from partners to refine referral strategies and products
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, product, and operations to plan regional outreach
