Job summary

Boulder Care in Washington state seeks a Community Engagement Liaison to build partnerships with healthcare providers and community groups. The role requires regular regional travel (about four days a week) and remote administration from home the rest of the time.

You will identify referral opportunities, manage partner relationships, and use enrollment data to guide outreach, expanding access to harm-reduction-based care for our communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach, business development, sales, or referral management in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven track record of growing referral relationships and patient/partner growth.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and Google Workspace.
• Able to travel locally ~4 days/week with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Passionate about serving marginalized populations and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new referral partners including healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Grow referrals and manage enrollment goals from initial outreach through ongoing engagement.
• Nurture existing partnerships to keep them aligned with Boulder’s mission and values.
• Utilize CRM tools and enrollment data to track activity and ROI on outreach.
• Spend most time in the field, educating partners about Boulder Care’s services and harm-reduction approach.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, clinical, product, and operations teams on regional outreach plans.
