Job summary

Willow Springs Center is seeking a Community Liaison to bridge the facility with referral sources across the Northern California and Oregon region. The role requires daily car travel within the territory and overnight travel up to 25%.

You will develop community workshops, grow accounts, and communicate the center's psychiatric care options to referrals, supporting youth ages 6–17 and expanding access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of health care business development management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care, capitation and at-risk areas.
• Willingness to travel daily and overnight within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage time to meet meetings, reports and public communication obligations.
• Develop and implement community workshops and seminars.
• Develop and maintain new accounts and markets; manage 160 referral source contacts per month.
• Analyze changes in health care environment and make improvement recommendations.
• Represent Willow Springs Center on committees and maintain primary contact with assigned accounts via on-site visits.
