South Coast Community Services seeks an Outreach Liaison to build and maintain referral partnerships connecting families to behavioral health services across Southern California. This hybrid, field-based role requires local travel and occasional evening events, reporting to the Director of Outreach.

You will educate partners about SCCS services and payers, connect clients with Intake via warm handoffs, and track activity in the CRM while meeting weekly targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Services, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, business development, healthcare or behavioral health liaison work, or related role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and employers.
• Educate partners on SCCS service lines, eligibility, and payers (Medi-Cal and commercial insurance).
• Connect clients and partners to SCCS Intake via timely, warm handoffs; do not perform clinical screening.
