Job summary

Youth Villages, a national leader in mental and behavioral health, is seeking a field-oriented outreach professional in Oregon to grow referral networks and connect families with services. You will meet census goals and collaborate with schools, clinics, and community groups.

You'll pursue partnerships, respond to service needs, and help secure funding through pre-placement assessments while working in a flexible schedule that serves youth and families across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services field required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with community-based services and outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learns about Youth Villages' programs and improves marketing skills.
• Meets or exceeds census goals in an assigned region.
• Builds relationships with community providers and referral sources.
• Responds to customer service needs and monitors satisfaction.
• Completes pre-placement assessments for funding and communicates progress.
