Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate’s degree plus 3 years of professional experience, or 6 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience within the healthcare, social services or community organization fields.
• Minimum 1 year professional supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Community HealthWays program.
• Support and coach CHWs in community outreach.
• Monitor caseloads and client progress.
