Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Director of Community Engagement to architect and oversee vibrant regional networks and events that connect families, schools, and local leaders. You will design gatherings, secure venues, and cultivate peer-to-peer referrals that drive enrollment growth across major markets.

You will lead relationships with city officials and business leaders, coordinate ambassadors, and manage CRM-driven tracking to measure impact in a fast-growing education network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building communities or relationship programs with measurable growth.
• Designed and ran 20+ gatherings with budgets.
• Opened relationships with public officials or executives with concrete value.
• Disciplined CRM usage and logging attribution.
• Willing to relocate to Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, or New York City.

Responsibilities

• Design and run region's gathering calendar and events.
• Secure venues, hosts, and vendors; host the events live.
• Recruit parent ambassadors and match them to families.
• Develop relationships with officials and business leaders for support.
• Log every gathering and attribution in CRM.
