Job summary

Alpha seeks a Director of Community Engagement to lead its regional growth in major US cities. You’ll design a calendar of family events, secure venues, recruit parent ambassadors, and cultivate relationships with city officials and business leaders to open campuses.

You’ll operate on-site in one of the listed regions, hosting evenings and weekends and traveling locally to build a high-trust network that drives enrollment through personal connections and referrals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building communities with measurable growth.
• Designed and ran 20+ gatherings of varying sizes with budget oversight.
• Opened relationships with public officials or business executives.
• Disciplined CRM/relationship-tracking with regular logging.
• Willing to live in or relocate to one of the listed regions and work on-site.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the region's gathering calendar: open events, dinners, and retreats.
• Secure venues, hosts, and vendors, and host the room live.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match them with prospective families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders for campus openings.
• Log every gathering and attribution in the CRM so metrics reflect real impact.
• Support local travel and evening/weekend hosting as a core duty.
