Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5–7 years of management/supervisory experience
• 5–7 years of community association experience
• Illinois CAM license required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operations for properties within the assigned region and book of business.
• Develop goals with Executive Management and ensure regional objectives are met.
• Mentor Community Association Managers and oversee contracts, finances, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Boards of Directors and internal departments to implement programs and initiatives.
• Oversee training, evaluations, and performance management across teams.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and policy adherence across properties.
• Manage budget, vendor prices, and regional expenses within approved limits.
