Job summary
Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Regional Commercial Finance Manager to serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned Zone, guiding Sales leadership toward revenue and profitability targets. You will analyze pricing, trade investments, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing, and distributor partners, manage monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting, and help ensure investments align with company strategy and financial
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or trade-investment analysis.
- Experience in beverage alcohol, CPBG, or distributor-supported models preferred.
- Experience supporting P&L management, margin optimization, pricing, or trade-investment analysis.
- Knowledge of three-tier distribution and beverage market dynamics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership for Zone P&L management and forecasting.
- Monitor revenue, margin, and profitability risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate monthly financial reviews with Sales, including depletion trends.
- Support annual planning, pricing strategy, and scenario development.
- Model pricing tiers, discount structures, and trade investments for profitability.
- Communicate financial expectations and performance with distributors.
