Job summary

Superior Auto Inc in Kendallville, IN is seeking an Account Representative – Collections & Repossession. You will engage customers, drive proactive collections, and build lasting relationships while supporting a team focused on delivering outstanding service.

Hours are Monday–Friday with no Sunday shifts; compensation includes base hourly pay plus performance incentives. Join a retailer founded in 1975 with 71 locations, offering opportunities for growth through our Manager-in-Training program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience.
• Proficient with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
