Qualifications

• Pass department coding assessment test prior to date of hire (75% or above).
• 4 years CPT or ICD-9-CM acute care hospital coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coding insight and answer coding questions related to ICD and CPT codes per AHA and UHDDS guidelines.
• Abstract clinical data and assist in regular analyses of patient records.
