Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Multifacility Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple locations. You will drive member experience, sales growth, staffing, and operational excellence across clubs, while coaching Club Managers and ensuring adherence to company standards.

The role requires developing leadership teams, managing performance, and maintaining a clean, safe, Judgment Free environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fitness, retail, hospitality, sales or customer-service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel between assigned Planet Fitness locations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits, operational walkthroughs, and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen leadership.
• Ensure clubs operate per Planet Fitness policies and brand standards.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency across sites.
• Drive member experience, engage with feedback, and improve retention.
• Lead sales and membership growth efforts and analyze performance.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Monitor finances, expenses, and profitability; ensure reporting accuracy.
