Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership of daily activities in the practice.

• Ensure safe, competent, and individualized patient care within guidelines.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance; oversee POCT processes.
• Investigate and resolve safety issues related to clinical practice.
• Participate in direct patient care as needed.
• Maintain clinical leadership knowledge by attending nursing/medical conferences.
