Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN. The supervisor will manage clinical areas and oversee nursing staff across several locations including Morristown and Bridgewater. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and valid NJ RN License.

This role includes direct patient care, supervision of Medical Assistants, and conducting clinical meetings. The position demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's required and valid RN License in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of clinical experience managing multiple offices preferred.
• 5+ years of Cardiology-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assesses the plan of care.
• Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and Medical Assistants.
• Conducts phone triaging and oversees medication management.
• Educates patients and coordinates community education programs.
• Maintains clinical productivity reports and checks in on clinical staff.
