• Monitors quality dashboards and follows up on care gaps.
• Oversees clinical scheduling and coverage for the team.
• Administers medications and vaccines per policy; documents adverse effects.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Facilitates regular team huddles and effective communication.
• Models high-reliability safety behaviors and patient safety goals.
• Supports shared governance and professional development.
• Supports strategic goals across practice areas and hospital sites.
• Performs other duties as needed within RN supervisory scope.
