This full-time, salaried role requires travel between Medford, Brookings, and Coos Bay, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Active CPR/BLs required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional clinical oversight and support to 3–5 SNF/rehabilitation facilities in Southern Oregon.
• Mentor nursing leaders and coach CNOs and nursing leadership teams.
• Conduct on-site clinical reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of nursing operations.
