Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to provide expert clinical support across Northern California. You will collaborate with facility teams and management to promote compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and uphold high standards of resident care.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and training abilities, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and regulatory awareness. Travel to multiple sites is expected.

Qualificações

• RN license in good standing and CPR/BLS

Responsabilidades

• Travel to multiple sites to provide support to DONs and Administrators
• Ensure facility clinical procedures are followed
• Train nursing staff on required clinical practices
• Keep updated on nursing regulations impacting resident care
• Assist facilities with surveys and inspections
• Follow infection control policies and other requirements
