Rancho Seco Care Center in California seeks an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) to partner with facility clinical leaders. The role requires leadership of Directors of Nursing across multiple sites, with travel among facilities a frequent expectation.

You will coach teams toward clinical, regulatory, and financial excellence, guide staff through CMS and CDPH compliance, and help refine processes to elevate resident care while maintaining a strong QA program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Valid CA RN license, CPR certification, and driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years as DON or equivalent in long-term care; multi-site preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site reviews of clinical operations, medical records, and staff performance.
• Review facility clinical activities and collaborate on root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Educate facility staff in clinical and regulatory issues and facility policies.
• Provide guidance to Directors of Nursing and mentor professional growth.
• Identify quality of care issues and take appropriate action.
• Oversee infection prevention and support plans of correction.
• Assist in annual and complaint visits from CDPH to guide and support staff.
