Job summary

Massachusetts Department of Youth Services Southeast Region seeks a dynamic licensed psychologist to serve as Regional Clinical Coordinator. You will develop and oversee psychological services for DYS programs, supervise regional Clinical Directors, and provide interagency consultation.

You will train staff on DBT, suicide prevention, and CBT; coordinate behavioral health access, analyze service delivery, and report on clinical quality and program improvements to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in psychotherapy and developmental psychology.
• Ability to supervise Clinical Directors and coordinate services.
• Experience with assessments and tests (WAIS/WISC/Rorschach/TAT).

Responsibilities

• Direct psychological services for youth in the Southeast Region.
• Coordinate access to behavioral health services for youth in the community.
• Oversee referrals for specialized services (forensic evaluations, sex offender treatment).
• Evaluate assessment needs and ensure policy adherence.
• Train staff on clinical topics (DBT, suicide prevention, CBT).
• Develop interagency collaborations and report on program quality.
