Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to support 15+ clinics nationwide from our Northbrook, IL corporate headquarters. This role reports to the SVP of Operations and will oversee clinical staff reports, track inventory, oversee employee schedules, and maintain proper patient flow in clinics.

Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL. Full-time with weekend hours as needed. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience overseeing staffing and scheduling across medical/dental offices.
• 1+ year of management experience required.
• Experience managing clinics in multiple states is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care.
• Monitor scheduling and adjust to meet staffing needs.
• Track inventory status and staff supply requests.
• Assist with new hire training and monitor progress (30/60/90 days).
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff on questions and PTO needs.
• Oversee and track productivity reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
