Qualifications

5+ years healthcare or DME experience

Responsibilities

Develops and implements training programs for CSRs, technicians, and clinical staff
Educates non-sales teams on patient needs and clinical indicators
Trains teams on proper handoff protocols
Provides ongoing education on service lines, payer requirements, and referral pathways
Establishes standardized communication workflows and documentation expectations
Ensures regulatory, payer, and company guideline compliance
Partners with Sales Leadership to align training with regional strategies
Tracks referral leads, conversions, and handoff quality
Conducts coaching and refresher trainings
Provides clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care
Evaluates clinical performance and patient outcomes
Identifies staffing and skill gaps
Liaises between sales, clinical teams, and operations
Supports sales in hospital/physician/payer meetings
Trains clinicians on managing leads and improving outcomes
Supports workforce stability and engagement
