The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or DME, a clinical background, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare or DME, with training experience.
• Strong clinical background and knowledge of payer systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Authorized clinician within scope of practice per state/national rules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements structured training for Customer Service Representatives, Service Technicians, and Clinical Staff.
• Educates non-sales team members on patient needs and clinical indicators.
• Trains teams on handoff protocols and care pathways.
• Provides ongoing education on service lines, payer requirements, and referral pathways.
• Establishes standardized workflows and documentation expectations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, payer, and company guidelines.
• Partners with Sales Leadership to align training with regional strategies.
• Tracks referral leads, conversion rates, and handoff quality.
• Conducts coaching and refresher training sessions.
• Provides clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
• Identifies staffing gaps and assists with workforce planning.
• Acts as liaison between sales, clinical teams, and operations.
