Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
5 years of clinical engineering / medical device experience required.
2 years of leadership experience in a clinical engineering role required.
Associate degree with 7 years related experience, including 2 years leadership; or equivalent military training.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across the East Region including staff development and capacity planning.
Manage equipment lifecycle, maintenance, and deployment per policy.
Maintain medical equipment dashboards to monitor performance and staffing levels.
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and departmental budgets.
Lead projects and initiatives within the work group.
