Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Biomedical, Clinical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Clinical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 7 years experience supporting clinical and/or radiological devices.
• Prior supervisory experience in a Clinical Engineering setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and dispatches service requests, ensuring responsiveness, courtesy, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with hospital management to meet needs, research capital issues, and investigate equipment incidents.
• Ensures departmental documentation is completed by technical staff.
• Manages technical resource issues, prioritization, and the daily PM/inspection program for compliance.
• Supervises staff, evaluates productivity, and implements disciplinary actions as needed.
• Serves as Clinical Engineering representative for the Environment of Care committees and audits.
