Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, a major Cleveland Clinic campus, seeks an CE Technician II to participate in equipment planning, repair, maintenance, and IT integration of medical devices. The role runs days, Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

with on‑call rotation, contributing to safe, reliable clinical operations. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s in biomedical/electronic engineering, with experience in clinical engineering or related fields; a Bachelor's or CBET is a plus, and

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in biomedical or Electronic Engineering (minimum).
Bachelor's degree can substitute for required experience.
High School diploma/GED with years of relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

Provide routine and as needed clinical engineering services (repair, maintenance, relocation, installation, etc.) for equipment as assigned.
Maintain documentation of equipment, inventory, service and repairs.
Collaborate with information technology staff to integrate medical equipment systems with information systems applications.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment as assigned.
