Qualifications

RN license in the state (New Jersey)
Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain
Minimum of 5 years acute care experience
Minimum of 2 years educational experience preferred
BSN preferred
Must be able to travel to Prime Healthcare facilities as needed

Responsibilities

The Clinical Educator provides educational services for clinical and patient care services to attain Hospital objectives, mission and values.
Assists with development and implementation of education plans for training in all clinical settings.
Provides hands-on training for clinical staff to support educational goals and improves quality of care.
Works collaboratively with Nursing Directors to provide educational services to staff.
