Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in Dover, NJ is seeking a Regional Education Specialist (Critical Care) for per diem, varied shifts. You will lead educational design, planning, implementation and evaluation for Patient Care and Clinical Ancillary Services.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, extensive acute care and educational experience, plus willingness to travel between Prime Healthcare facilities to support staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid RN license issued by the State.
• BLS (AHA) certification required on hire.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in an educational role.
• Master's preparation in nursing and/or education.
• Willingness to travel to Prime Healthcare facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational design, planning, implementation and evaluation for Patient Care and Clinical Ancillary Services.
• Provide leadership for professional development and teaching/learning initiatives.
