Job summary

The position is Per Diem with variable shift in a hospital setting, requiring strong clinical instruction, coordination, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license issued by the state.
• BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success and growth of new hire programs and standardize educational training.
• Support preceptors and nurse leaders to advance educational goals and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and follow-up to ensure smooth transitions to practice for new graduates, novices, and experienced RNs/LVNs/LPNs.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between education and clinical leadership to identify needs and mobilize resources.
