Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Educator to oversee education programs for clinical and patient care services across the network.

The role collaborates with Nursing Directors to design, implement, and evaluate training that enhances patient safety and quality of care.

Candidates should hold an RN license, current BLS, and have five years of acute care experience, with teaching experience preferred; travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Prime Healthcare facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational services for clinical and patient care areas to meet hospital objectives.
• Develop and implement education plans for training in clinical settings.
• Deliver hands-on training for clinical staff and measure quality of care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Directors to support education for staff.
