Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Regional Clinical Education Manager to support the Urology Clinical Education team, driving training initiatives and advising regional representatives to improve performance through coaching, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop comprehensive strategies to exceed education objectives, manage resources to meet training goals, and build broad internal/external relationships to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated medical device, healthcare, and/or training and education experience.

Responsibilities

• Regional Clinical Education team: creates and executes strategies to exceed education objectives and maintains customer relationships.
• Develops value-added solutions meeting customer needs with deep territory knowledge and broad business insight.
• Manages resources to meet education objectives, aligns priorities with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develops broad influence through internal/external relationships to achieve results.
