Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Director, Clinical Research to set the strategic direction and oversee clinical evidence generation for the Urology Global Business Unit. You will lead a team of clinical professionals and partner with Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to align evidence strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a scientific/clinical/biomedical, engineering, or related healthcare discipline.
• Extensive experience in Clinical Research/Clinical Affairs within medical devices.
• Proven leadership of clinical research teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive clinical strategy and evidence-generation roadmap for Laborie’s Urology portfolio.
• Lead multi-year clinical programs supporting product development, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management.
• Build, mentor, and manage Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Scientists, and professionals.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Marketing, Quality, and Post-Market Surveillance.
• Represent Laborie with key opinion leaders and external partners worldwide.
• Influence executive decisions through clinical insights and evidence-based recommendations.
